Every Wednesday

Welcome to Wednesdays at Initiative Brewing — where things get a little weird… in the best possible way.

Every week from 5:30–7:30 PM, we bring in a balloon artist who doesn’t just twist dogs and swords — this guy creates full-blown masterpieces. Dragons, aliens, and things you didn’t even know could exist… all made right at your table. It’s technically for kids, but let’s be honest, adults get just as into it.

Oh yeah — it’s completely free. Tips are encouraged, especially once you realize he just made something cooler than anything you’ve ever owned… out of balloons.

And because watching balloon wizardry works up an appetite: Wednesdays = Burgers & Brews. Order a burger, get two beers with it. Not one. Two. We believe in commitment.

Every Thursday

Turn your Thursday into a full-blown vibe.

Running the show is Bubba—aka DJ Bubba Yum—serving up tracks, keeping the crowd alive, and making sure nobody escapes without at least thinking about singing.

Oh—and we don’t cut corners on the good stuff: happy hour drinks all night long. So yeah, your courage (and your crew’s)  stays fully fueled from first song to last call.

Add in crave-worthy food and a staff that actually cares, and you’ve got a Thursday that hits different.

No pressure. No cover. No boring nights.

Just grab the mic—or don’t—and be part of it.

FIRKIN FRIDAY

Every Friday at 6pm on the patio, we do something mildly irresponsible… we tap a firkin keg of a mystery beer 🍺

What’s a firkin? Great question. It’s a small keg of unfiltered, often experimental beer—and it has a personality. Sometimes it pours beautifully. Sometimes it fights back. Either way, it’s a good time.

Here’s the deal: 🔥 New mystery beer every week (we don’t know what it’ll do… and neither do you) 🔥 $4 mugs until it’s gone 🔥 You can volunteer to tap the keg (yes, YOU) 🔥 You will probably get sprayed 🔥 Brand new weekly food special dropping every Friday 🍔

It’s chaotic. It’s delicious. It’s dinner and a show.

Show up thirsty. Leave full… and maybe a little damp.
