Tap List

Year Round

American style Hefeweizen

This American style Hefeweizen has hints of orange zest and spice.

IPA

Our first anniversary beer, is a crisp single hop IPA, made exclusively with El Dorado hops. Huge aromas of pineapple and tropical fruit, finishing clean and dry.

Buckwheat Brown Ale

A light bodied brown ale with generous amounts of buckwheat flour added to the mash. This beer has a conspicuous nutty flavor from the buckwheat that compliments the chocolate flavors from the malt.

Red Ale

This is a pleasant twist on your classic American Red Ale. Generously dry hopped with Oregon, Crystal, & Willamette hops.

Export Stout

A foreign style stout brewed traditionally for tropical regions. Brewed stronger than your average stout and heavily hopped to last the journey to tropical colonies. Our take on this beer is fortified with unrefined cane sugar. Pitch black and dangerously smooth.

XPA

A refreshing hop experience. Resinous, piney and citrus aromas dominate in this crisp clean ale.

Blonde

A light refreshing beer for enjoying on a sunny summer day. Brewed with flaked barley and Crystal hops. Light, crisp and subtle aromas of geranium and verbana.

India Pale Ale

This is not your dad’s IPA. Brewed with a holy grail of hop varieties, A true classic NW IPA, with resin aromas upfront and a bright citrus finish. Refreshing for hot summer days and will be sure to please even the most seasoned IPA aficionados.

January - April

Winter Seasonal

Tis the season for malty, winter ale. This huge winter warmer has aromas of dark fruit and spices and is generously hopped with Willamette hope. Shake off your chains, pull up a stool and imbibe in this delicious winter seasonal.

Summer Seasonal

Don’t be like that guy. Get out and enjoy the summer with friends and at the end of the day treat yourself to sensual summer pale ale. Bursting with citrus flavors from Grapefruit and Orange zests this beer is the perfect summer sipper. A low abv., wheat heavy malt bill and Citra hops make this a great summertime session ale.

December-March

Baltic Porter

What am I? I am an Imperial Porter fermented with lager yeast. I am smooth and easy to drink like a lager but am bursting with chocolate, coffee and caramel notes in a rich, creamy body. I sound really sexy don’t I?

December-January

Russian Imperial Stout

This beer will not be stopped. Our Imperial Stout is exactly what it should be; big, bold, dark and flavorful. A huge malt bill showcasing dark and roasted malts, hopped like a double IPA, and the complexity of wood aging makes this limited release beer worth going to great lengths to enjoy.
